Application:

Liquid metal is sucked in at one end of crystallizer and expels molding material at the other end, this process is named continues casting. Continues casting is used for producing iron, steel, copper, lead, magnesium and other alloy with an invariable section shape, and producing long casting. The production efficiency of continuous casting and utilization rate of metal is very high, and when it forms production line with rolling mill, it can save a lot of energy.

Crystallizer is the heart of the continuous casting equipment. For the moment, crystallizer for casting nonferrous metal is made of graphite with excellent thermal conductivity and good strength. The molding material after casting is square, rectangle, round, flat plate, tube-shaped and various irregular section.
